Position Overview
The Learning Experience Designer, GTM Enablement is responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual and learning experiences that support onboarding, product enablement, and ongoing skill development across the GTM organization. This is a hybrid creative-and-instructional role — roughly 70% creative production and visual design, 30% instructional design — for someone who can move fluidly between video editing, motion graphics, slide and visual design, and learning architecture. The role partners closely with Enablement, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product stakeholders to translate business priorities into engaging, practical learning solutions that drive seller effectiveness.
This individual brings strong creative production chops — video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and presentation design — alongside a solid foundation in instructional design and adult learning. They leverage modern tools, including generative AI, to accelerate content development and elevate learner engagement. The focus is on craft, scalability, and continuous improvement of learning assets that change behavior in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce video content, motion graphics, slide decks, and visual learning assets across onboarding, product enablement, and skill development programs.
- Translate sales strategies, product capabilities, and methodologies into clear, visually compelling, and engaging learning experiences.
- Partner with Program Managers and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and instructional approaches.
- Apply instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles to create effective, learner-centered experiences.
- Edit and produce video content using DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro; design motion graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content development, including drafting materials and creating learning activities.
- Design polished, on-brand slide decks and presentation materials for executive readouts, training delivery, and field-facing communications.
- Update and convert existing training materials into modern, engaging learning experiences.
- Incorporate feedback and learner data to refine and improve learning content.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4 to 7 years of experience in creative production, visual design, or learning experience design — or a combination across those disciplines.
- Demonstrated fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud — specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency editing and producing video content using DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable professional video tools.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-centric content.
- Strong slide deck and presentation design skills — visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating creative range. Candidates will be asked to share: (1) a short reel or 2–3 video samples, (2) 1–2 slide deck or visual design samples, and (3) 1 learning module or training artifact.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools to support content development workflows.
- Experience in sales enablement or SaaS environments.
- Exposure to global learning programs and distributed teams.
