This isn’t just another L&D role — it’s your chance to shape how an entire organization grows. As the Learning & Leadership Development Manager, you’ll be an individual contributor and own your programs end-to-end. You’ll be part of our People & Talent team reporting directly to the VP, Growth & Readiness. From designing multi-modal learning experiences to facilitating transformative sessions, you’ll have the creative freedom and strategic influence to build learning that truly matters. 

You won’t just launch programs — you’ll measure their impact, tell the story, and continuously innovate using emerging learning technologies. You’ll build leadership capability, fuel career mobility, and help create a culture where people feel supported, skilled, and ready for what’s next. 

What You'll :
Design, Develop, and Deliver Learning Programs
  • Create multi-module leadership development programs aligned to business priorities and talent strategy. 
  • Design and develop engaging, visually compelling content across multiple modalities (virtual, in-person, digital, blended). 
  • Apply adult learning, inclusive design, and behavioral science principles to create experiences that drive real behavior change. 
  • Break down complex skills using a skills-first approach to ensure clarity and practical application. 
  • Facilitate high-impact live learning sessions (virtual and in person) that foster connection, insight, and meaningful discussion. 
  • Conduct discovery and needs assessments to clarify capability gaps and recommend the right learning solutions. 

Technology & Learning Ecosystem Optimization
  • Optimize the structure and delivery of learning programs through the LMS to maximize engagement and learner experience. 
  • Leverage emerging learning technologies to enhance learning attainment and on-the-job application. 
  • Curate and integrate high-quality subscription content, micro-learning tools, and digital assets. 
  • Design self-paced skilling pathways for the company’s most essential durable skills. 

Measurement, Insights & Impact
  • Embed measurement strategies into all programs to evaluate learning efficacy and behavior change. 
  • Analyze learner data, business metrics, and qualitative insights to assess program impact. 
  • Produce compelling, insight-driven reports that communicate results and influence future learning decisions. 
  • Use data to iterate, refine, and continuously improve learning solutions. 

Program & Project Management
  • Manage learning programs end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement. 
  • Ideate and design new learning offerings that address emerging business and leadership needs. 
  • Build specialty development experiences that solve specific capability challenges (e.g., project management, change, coaching). 
  • Develop internal communication and PR plans to promote learning initiatives and drive participation. 

Talent Strategy Alignment & Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with People partners to ensure all learning initiatives strengthen talent strategy and organizational capability. 
  • Consult with leaders and HR partners to clarify needs, define desired outcomes, and recommend effective learning approaches. 
  • Support enterprise-wide talent programs and cycles by embedding learning experiences that elevate leadership capability and workforce readiness. 

What You Bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on leadership, skill development, or professional growth. 
  • Proven experience designing and managing leadership development programs. 
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. 
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, inclusive learning design, and instructional design best practices. 
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and emerging learning technologies. 
  • Ability to measure program effectiveness and connect learning initiatives to business outcomes. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field. 
  • Experience in tech or fast-paced environments preferred.
