Responsibilities
The Training Specialist for Regional, Business, and Assistant Manager Training Programs supports the development, curation, and execution of training content across various training programs within Willow Bridge's Property Management function. This role focuses on content creation, updating, and ensuring alignment with operational needs, including systems training, onboarding, and ongoing learning initiatives. The Training Specialist works closely with the Learning Manager, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and effectively supports operational excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Assist in the development, curation, and maintenance of training content, including role-based onboarding, systems training, train the trainer programs, and operational development programs for RPMs, BMs, and AMs.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials align with instructional design best practices and organizational needs.
  • Create engaging and effective multimedia training materials (e.g., presentations, videos, manuals, eLearning modules) that align with learning objectives and operational goals.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and update content for accuracy and relevance across training programs.
  • Partner with the Learning Manager and instructional designers to modify and update training content in response to feedback, evolving business needs, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate systems training content and ensure alignment with role-specific operational needs.
  • Support ongoing training initiatives, ensuring materials are relevant, accessible, and scalable across different learning formats (virtual, classroom, blended).
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection, assessments, and performance data analysis, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper integration of new systems or tools into training materials to ensure all relevant teams are equipped with the skills to succeed.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates for training materials, working closely with instructional designers to ensure they are continuously refined and aligned with learning goals.
  • Travel as needed to conduct quality assurance of existing programs and support pilot launches.
