  • Maintain accurate training records and support compliance tracking requirements.
  • Draft and distribute communications to participants and leaders related to training sessions, including pre-work, reminders, and follow-up.
  • Assist with evaluating training effectiveness by administering post-session surveys and collecting feedback.

Responsibilities - Instructional Design:
  • Format, revise, and maintain instructional materials such as slide decks, participant guides, and eLearning modules in partnership with the Director of Learning & Development.
  • Use templates to create and revise basic eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Rise or Canva.
  • Conduct basic research and content sourcing to support curriculum development efforts.
  • Contribute to quality reviews to ensure instructional content is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand and learning standards.
  • Provide project coordination support for instructional design initiatives (e.g., tracking milestones, preparing draft versions, documenting revisions).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal partners to support content accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and SMEs across the organization to gather insights, validate content, and align learning deliverables with business needs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in learning coordination, training operations, or instructional design support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
