The Opportunity:
As a Learning Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning strategies that align with organizational goals. You will analyze business needs, define learning objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences.
This role bridges the gap between business strategy and employee development, ensuring the workforce has the skills needed for success. Responsibilities include creating and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals, collaborating with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives, overseeing the design and curation of learning content leveraging digital tools and platforms, using data to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement, prioritizing competing training needs and requests for greatest business impact, and managing the training budget accordingly. Additionally, you will lead learning initiatives that support organizational change and transformation efforts.
Success in this role is measured by the alignment of learning strategies with business goals, high stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, positive impact on employee performance and skill development, effective adoption of new learning technologies and methodologies, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in the corporate learning and development space
- Experience with human-centered learning design, performance consulting, instructional design, learning technologies, and data analysis
- Experience with visionary leadership, change leadership, and stakeholder management
- Ability to use business acumen and AI literacy
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with LMS and LXP systems
- Experience developing cohort-based learning experiences
- Experience developing technical training programs
- Experience with technical assessments
- Experience with business development, finance, or project management
- Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Possession of excellent persuasion and decision-making skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
