In this role, you will: 
  • Partner with client leadership and project teams to assess the current M365 environment, identifying functionality gaps and improvement opportunities.  
  • Define a clear vision for M365 use across the organization and create a phased roadmap for enablement and adoption.  
  • Establish M365 use cases aligned with business goals, ensuring training and communication materials address real-world needs.  
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management, communication, and training plan to drive adoption and effective use of M365 tools.  
  • Create engaging, user-friendly training content including job aids, quick reference guides, and short video walkthroughs to support day-to-day learning.  
  • Utilize learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Canva, Articulate, or Camtasia to design impactful, accessible content.  
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment of materials with business processes.  
  • Measure and monitor adoption progress, incorporating feedback to continuously improve training and communication strategies.
     
Who You Are: 
  • Proven experience developing training and learning content for Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).  
  • Strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and adoption enablement for technology initiatives.  
  • Proficiency with learning development and design tools (e.g., Captivate, Canva, Articulate, Camtasia).  
  • Demonstrated ability to develop communications, training strategies, and adoption roadmaps.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity and visual design.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.  

Preferred Qualifications: 
  •  Experience supporting enterprise-level M365 rollouts or digital transformation projects. 
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SharePoint-based knowledge portals, and analytics for adoption tracking.  
  • Certification or training in OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
