Core Responsibilities:
- Implement detailed OESP marketing activation plans for designated LEGO® product lines targeted at children aged 6 to 12.
- Apply knowledge of various marketing channels to support strategies developed by senior team members.
- Connect with Business Units across the globe to gather consumer insights to inform marketing initiatives across diverse cultures and regions.
- Maintain partnership with the Product Marketing Development (PMD) team to ensure that go-to-market strategies comprehensively reflect upstream franchise strategies and initiatives and ladder up to franchise and audience plans.
- Coordinate with different Business Units to ensure the scalability and adaptability of campaigns to various global markets.
- Contribute to the accomplishment of strategic marketing goals and initiatives focused on growing children’s active consumer base, finding opportunities to meet commercial objectives.
- Act as central point of contact to Business Units for future year franchise selling in and ensure a unified selling in story line across the globe.
- Operate under the guidance of more senior marketing roles such as the Kids Go to Market Senior Manager and Kids Go to Market Senior Director.

Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in marketing, with knowledge of campaign management for a global audience.
- Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels and their impact on engaging a kids demographic.
- Analytical skills for interpreting market data and consumer research.
- Understanding of global marketing strategies and their local cultural applications.
- Effective collaborator capable of contributing to a large, multi-disciplinary team.
- Great communication skills and an ability to support complex marketing initiatives.
- Professional level in English.
Nice to have:
- Professional experience in the toy, education, or children's entertainment industry.
- Coursework or certifications related to marketing strategies or international business.
- Some experience in content creation for children-focused campaigns.
- Further linguistic abilities are useful for engaging with international marketing efforts.
Additional details on this position:
- The salary for this position has a range of $100,900 - $151,300 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
- This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO Group colleagues to be and do their best at work. Introducing a flexible way of working through a hybrid working model is a great example of how we live up to our ambition. This 3 day in the office hybrid working model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues.
