Primary Purpose
The Center Marketing Specialist leverages expertise in marketing service and communications by providing high-quality tactical and strategic support and effective project management at the enterprise, divisional, and center levels. This role will be an addition to a high-functioning team that drives scalable marketing programs and solutions for field marketing and center operations partners.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton MA.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Triage, and execute inbound marketing project requests from centers. Develop regular reporting on Center Marketing projects and activities. Provide insights and recommendations on areas of opportunity for optimization.
- Provide excellent internal customer service to our marketing and operations partners, responding to inquiries in a timely and flexible manner.
- Project manage marketing collateral development needs identified to support community events, campaigns, or center-specific marketing.
- Execute activities to support the transition of centers to Bright Horizons management using templated communications and presentations
- Monitor inventory and purchases for local field marketings events as well as operations and logistics for running an event.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with campaigns and other miscellaneous programs as necessary based on department goals.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferably in a corporate setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate logistics and data; results-oriented and highly motivated
- Thrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting
- Must be detail-oriented and with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
- Flexible mindset. Adaptability to changing deadlines or priorities, with ability to communicate to all stakeholders appropriately
- Proficiency with MS Office required; experience with CRM and other marketing technology preferred
- Copywriting and template customization experience preferred
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $68,000-$72,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
