2020 Companies is now hiring a full-time Manager of Organizational Learning
The Manager of Organizational Learning supports a designated business group and provides dedicated training and development support tailored to that group’s book of business. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that enhance employee performance, client product knowledge, and customer support capabilities. The Training Manager will lead strategic training initiatives, manage a team of training professionals, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business development goals. Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role requires the ability to communicate complex and evolving information effectively across diverse teams.

Job Description:
  • Serve as the primary training partner for a specified business group, providing customized support aligned with the group’s operational goals and book of business
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop strategic plans that support business growth, client satisfaction, and employee development
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires, ongoing development, leadership readiness, and client-facing excellence
  • Lead and manage a team of training professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Develop training materials, including videos, manuals, and SOPs, that drive measurable performance improvements and support business objectives
  • Partner with customer support and client-facing teams to ensure training enhances service delivery and client experience
  • Apply adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies to maximize engagement, retention, and application of knowledge
  • Conduct field visits and real-time observations to assess training effectiveness and gather actionable feedback
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to evolve training strategy and maintain a competitive advantage continuously

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customer/client-facing teams through targeted training initiatives
  • Advanced PowerPoint and instructional design skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
