Posting Title: Manager of the MBA Student Experience

Overview: 
The Manager, MBA Student Experience will:

  • Manage the MBA Student Experiences on campus and online, including planning and execution of all MBA Program Events.
  • Oversee Catholic University Undergraduate campus Recruiting, with a focus on the 4+1 MBA Program and non-business student outreach.
  • Coordinate MBA Online Courses Administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the Dean’s Suite including:
    • Calendar management
    • Travel arrangements
 
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $82,000.

Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MBA program, ensuring smooth administrative functions and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement internal marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and engagement within the Catholic University community.
  • Work closely with the MBA program director, assistant director, faculty, and communications team to align marketing strategies with program goals.
  • Support the promotion of MBA-related events, including information sessions, alumni networking events, and academic conferences, through targeted marketing materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including faculty and students, to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop visual assets for digital and print materials.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to increase the visibility of the MBA program and its offerings among current students, faculty, and staff.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all MBA program events on and off campus.
  • Conduct incoming student onboarding meetings to prevent student melt, review program expectations, provide student resources, and start them on their internship search.
  • Provide administrative support to the Dean’s Suite including calendar management and travel arrangements.
 
Qualifications: 
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-3 years of experience in running the operations for a graduate program in business in a Catholic environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Good written communication skills: Ability to express information effectively, and to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Analytical skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data and glean actionable insights that inform strategy.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to organize work, coordinate with team members to accomplish goals, and ensure progress is made on assigned tasks.
