The Manager, Revenue Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for unifying sales and revenue data, systems infrastructure, and operational coordination to support the revenue organization. This role ensures that Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and processes needed to drive growth, scale efficiently, and remain compliant. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and collaborative leader who can work across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across responsible for sales analytics, systems, pricing and coordination functions.
- Set clear goals, priorities, and performance metrics aligned with Revenue Operations objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Data & Insights
- Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting to support Sales, Customer Success, RFPs, and GTM initiatives.
- Translate data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across platforms with a focus on sales forecast accuracy.
Systems & Operational Readiness
- Lead system leads in managing Salesforce and Service Cloud requirements, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Drive operational readiness for new GTM strategies, product launches, and process changes.
- Partner with GTS and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver system improvements representing the needs of the business with every interaction.
Revenue Coordination & Logistics
- Provide oversight on sample kit management and fulfillment, marketing collateral inventory, and campaign logistics.
- Ensure alignment with Sales and Marketing on material readiness and field support.
- Improve inventory tracking and fulfillment processes to support GTM execution.
Pricing Strategy Support
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Sales to provide data and insights that inform pricing decisions.
- Support the development of pricing models and monitor pricing performance across segments.
- Ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in systems and sales workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience managing team and effectively engaging cross-functional teams for optimal outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and operational systems
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence across departments
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with AI tools for content management or sales automation
- Background in pricing strategy, territory planning, or customer experience systems

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$117,000.00 - $152,000.00 USD
