Collaborate with business leaders, Technical Excellence, and Talent & Learning teams to ensure platforms support continuous upskilling in emerging technologies and engineering advancements.
  • Data & Insights: Coordinate with the Reporting & Analytics team on dashboards and analytics to measure talent & learning engagement, effectiveness, and business impact. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, optimize learning journeys, and demonstrate ROI of learning initiatives.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to manage integrations, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate new tools and technologies. Monitor the external learning tech marketplace to identify innovative solutions that can enhance the employee experience and support strategic learning goals.
