Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Act as the internal champion for the visitors to our websites, understand their goals and focus on ways to serve them better.
- Support content managers and creative partners with innovative ways to launch campaigns through website distribution.
- Inspire and Develop team members to achieve university and team goals.
- Work with cross-functional partners across teams to identify ways to reach goals supported through the website.
- Lead team of web specialists and supervisors.
- Define the content strategy for web and strive for clear and concise content campaigns across applicable digital touch points.
- Constantly monitor site performance to define enhancements that will improve performance toward goal achievement.
- Create processes that ensure timely and accurate updates of content on site.
- Strive for continual innovation in the operation and functionality of web tools.
- Continual collaboration with conversion team to appropriately test changes and measure success.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Versatile: Able to take on multiple projects, in varying domains, while leading through regular change.
- Enthusiastic: Ambassador for web operations, innovation and the students that we serve.
- Customer/User Focus: Curious about how visitors to the website think/what they want and how to best serve them.
- Learner: Passionate about partnering with researchers and SME’s to gain empathy for different audiences and produce solutions for the business.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in managing website operations
- Understanding of web platforms (Content Management Systems, Forms, A/B Testing Solutions, Databases, Analytics, etc.)
- 5 years of experience in web operations data analysis
- Prior experience leading people, may be substituted for experience leading large, cross-functional or multi-departmental projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AEM and Adobe Analytics a plus

Position & Application Details
