How can you make an impact?

The Marketing Automation Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering marketing automation capabilities that drive customer engagement and business growth. This role partners closely with marketing, technology, and analytics teams to optimize platforms, improve campaign performance, and ensure seamless customer journeys. The Product Owner acts as the voice of the customer and business, translating needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. 

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work in the United States.

 What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage the marketing automation product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer experience strategy
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Monitor platform performance, campaign effectiveness, and user adoption; recommend improvements based on data insights
  • Ensure integration of marketing automation tools with CRM, data platforms, and other systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

 

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, product ownership, or marketing technology roles
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with platforms such as Marketo, SFDC, or similar required.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and data analytics
  • Understanding of end-to-end software development processes and business requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and work with a variety of stakeholders and teams, including business and engineering teams
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and switching priorities and focus areas as needed

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
