Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will support both our B2C and B2B marketing efforts, providing a broad range of experience across digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to learn and ready to contribute to our mission of educational impact.

- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital (email, social, web) channels.
- Brand & Messaging Influence: Contribute to the development of clear, consistent messaging that reflects our brand voice and values across channels, helping shape the customer experience and strengthen brand perception.
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and publish content for email, social media, website pages, and marketing collateral.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of K12 Tutoring’s social media accounts, including sourcing content for posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to content planning.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
- Email Marketing: Partner with our email marketing agency to support campaign development by providing strategic input, reviewing creative and copy, and analyzing performance to inform optimizations.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Administrative Support: Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and assist with budget tracking and invoicing.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no current formal supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience or relevant internships, preferably in education, eCommerce, or B2B/B2C environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Shopify, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, JasperAI and major social media platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills for tracking marketing performance.
- Team-oriented attitude, willing to support various projects and jump in where needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate this position will pay $15.14 - 33.65 per hour. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
