About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator, APAC Journal Marketing will contribute to APAC Journal Marketing Team success through dedicated execution of key responsibilities and collaborative support, providing essential coordination and operational support for product marketing initiatives and programs across multiple products and market segments. 

How you will make an Impact:  

  • Coordinate journal marketing activities and programs across multiple product lines and market segments 
  • Support journal marketing campaign planning, execution coordination, and performance tracking activities 
  • Assist with journal marketing collateral coordination, content distribution, and asset management 
  • Coordinate journal marketing research activities, competitive analysis support, and market insights compilation 
  • Support customer research coordination, data collection, and product insights gathering 
  • Assist with journal launch coordination, go-to-market planning support, and cross-functional alignment 
  • Coordinate with jounal management teams to support marketing alignment with product development activities 
  • Support journal marketing campaign coordination, demand generation support, and lead generation activities 
  • Assist with market research coordination, competitive intelligence gathering, and customer feedback compilation 
  • Maintain marketing databases, campaign documentation, and program tracking systems 
  • Assist with journal marketing reporting coordination, data compilation, and performance metrics tracking 
  • Provide coordination support for journal marketing meetings, presentations, and communications 
  • Other coordination and operational support duties as assigned 

We are seeking candidates who:  

  • Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency with product marketing tools, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple product marketing projects simultaneously 
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams 
  • Customer-focused approach and understanding of product lifecycle management 
  • Basic understanding of product marketing processes and campaign coordination 
  • Flexibility to support various product marketing functions and adapt to changing priorities

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
