• Manage timeline and cross-functional inputs to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on target.
Product Marketing & Positioning
• Develop compelling go-to-market strategies, messaging frameworks, and positioning that differentiate Yourway in a competitive EdTech landscape.
• Create high-quality collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, videos) that empower sales teams and resonate with educators, administrators, and district decision-makers.
Content Development & Thought Leadership
• Lead the creation of marketing assets including blogs, newsletters, customer stories, webinars, and social content that strengthen thought leadership and support the buyer’s journey.
• Maintain editorial calendars to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
Events & Conferences
• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and conferences, including strategy, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
• Represent the brand at key events, engaging with partners, prospects, and customers to build strong relationships.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
• Define success metrics for campaigns and initiatives; track performance across channels and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously refine strategy and improve ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business priorities and revenue goals.
• Champion the educator-first voice across initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and authenticity in all communications.
Core Skills:
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively convey information to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Capacity to work well with others, build and maintain positive working relationships, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, think critically, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adjust to new conditions, handle multiple tasks, and embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
• Feedback Skills: Ability to take in and apply feedback from the team as well as give effective, clear, actionable feedback to others.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to multiple disciplines (product marketing, demand gen, content, events).
• Background in EdTech, K–12 education, or education-related organizations strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Allego, Google Analytics).
• Creative, resourceful, and collaborative, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset.
