About the role...
We are seeking a highly organized, financially savvy, and collaborative Marketing Operations Manager to support the planning, forecasting, and day-to-day management of our global marketing budget. In this role, you’ll serve as the connective tissue between our Marketing and Finance teams, ensuring that our budget owners are empowered with the right tools, processes, and insights to help our marketers make smart, timely decisions.

You'll report into the Marketing Operations team and play a pivotal role in strengthening financial discipline across a world-class marketing organization.
You will...
- Support Marketing's planning and budgeting process
- Support the forecasting and ongoing reporting of the Marketing budget
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and FP&A
- Support the OKR planning process for the Marketing function
- Coordinate contract, vendor setup, and vendor payment activities
- Assist with ongoing team planning and activities as needed
You have...
- 3+ years in operations, finance, FP&A, or consulting
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and experience building budget models
- Meticulous organization, attention to detail, and enthusiasm around creating and maintaining budgets, project plans, and timelines
- Clear understanding of financial terms (especially accrual vs. cash-based accounting)
- Strong communication and follow-through with cross-functional partners
- A curiosity for fixing broken processes, spotting inefficiencies, and documenting them
Exceptional candidates will have...
- Skills commensurate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience in a fast-paced ambitious environment
- Fluency in multiple languages and a passion for EdTech
We post a multi-level salary range for all of our roles.
This is not inclusive of the rest of our awesome portfolio that includes equity compensation and world-class benefits. Our salary ranges are the same for all US locations. Your recruiter can share more details about the range for a specific level during the hiring process. The actual salary within the range is determined by many factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
Salary Range:
$108,000—$177,100 USD
