About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help define how we position our product features in the market, communicate their value to customers, and drive engagement across our user base. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will develop messaging and positioning frameworks, guide go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and create campaigns that bring our features to life for customers and internal teams.
You will collaborate closely with other members of the Marketing team, as well as Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and to translate product capabilities into compelling customer narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain
product & feature messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with key customer segments. - Build and manage a centralized messaging library and content guidelines to enable the creation of consistent, relevant marketing content & collateral.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness, adoption, and usage of key Macabacus features.
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, including positioning, collateral, and multi-channel announcement campaigns.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer profiles, their workflows, and how Macabacus solutions map to their needs and deliverables.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform messaging and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create content such as product one-pagers, presentations, website copy, and customer communications.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS or related software products. Marketing experience in banking, finance or consulting industries preferred.
- Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning frameworks that align with customer needs and market dynamics
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-facing language
- Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams in a cross-functional environment
- Strong research and analytical skills with an understanding of customer and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
