About the Role
The Medical Content Editor Assists the Director of Script Writing in developing content for the Osmosis Medical Products including the MD, DO, PA, NP, and RN products. They will work closely with the Director of Script writing, script writers, script editors, and subject matter experts to produce, edit, and review Osmosis content.

Responsibilities
  • Writing, editing, and reviewing, Osmosis Medical Products including the MD, DO, PA, NP, and RN products.  
  • Developing and maintaining educational scripts, summaries, and supplemental materials to support video and interactive learning experiences. 
  • Training and mentoring content contributors (e.g., Script writers, editors, SMEs) on best practices in clinical education and Osmosis editorial standards. 
  • Collaborating with the Director of Script Writing to approve content for production and implement quality improvement initiatives. 
  • Maintaining and updating existing content to reflect current clinical guidelines and learner feedback. 
  • Coordinating with the Administrative and Updates team to address internal and external feedback. 
  • Supporting the Marketing team with educational content for campaigns, including social media initiatives. 
  • Creating high-quality, clinically accurate medical content and educational content. 
  • Develop clear, engaging scripts and summaries for multimedia learning. 
  • Training resources and documentation for content contributors. 
  • Providing ongoing maintenance and updates of existing product content. 
 
Requirements 
  • Have a terminal medical degree.
  • Have successful completion of USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams or equivalent.
  • Experience in medical education.
  • Direct patient care experience in the U.S.
  • Display exceptional writing, editing, and copy-editing skills. 
  • Experience developing educational scripts and summaries 
  • Able to train and mentor contributors with proven, previous success. 
  • Display excellent collaboration and leadership skills. 
  • Have commitment to transforming healthcare education.
