Role Overview
We’re looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer who can build scalable, user-friendly solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and DataVerse. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing business applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to our evolving tech strategy

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, DataVerse).
  • Collaborate with Tech Team Business Partners for cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (SharePoint, Teams, Azure) and third-party APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in a start-up environment.
  • Stay current with platform updates and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and team collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and lean environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have
  • Strong understanding of DataVerse, Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Strong understanding of custom connectors.
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Liquid templates for Power Pages customization.

This position's target annual base pay range is $95,000 - $110,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
