Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced cross-functional workflows, business process automation, and collaboration solutions that address business processes while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders by facilitating communication, translating business requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment through project phases.
- Develop integrations between new and existing collaboration, communication and automation platforms and solutions.
- Identify improvement initiatives and participate in strategic planning and project initiation activities. Research and determine the tools, app or services that best meet the project objectives.
- Research existing business systems and processes and recommend solutions where advanced collaboration and automation tools will improve ways of working across the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Lead projects from initiation to completions including scoping, requirements gathering, planning, designing, implementing, training, and documenting solutions.
- Provide input on standards, governance principles, usage guidelines and methodologies for automation and collaboration tools and services.
- Provide feedback and mentoring to team members and assist in the professional development of others.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, a related field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) years' experience designing, implementing, integrating, and deploying solutions with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Platform Certifications that align to the system being supported - 365 Fundamentals and Power Platform Fundamentals

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
