The Network Administrator II will assist in the maintenance and support of our network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and reliable connectivity for the Bright Horizons Network. 

This Hybrid role requires in-person work 3 days a week at our Westminster, CO office.

The Network Administrator II provides Global Support for the Bright Horizons Network and involves working with the IT Help Desk, Systems Admin Team and Applications in troubleshooting any Network related issues. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Network Team in carrying out network configurations and installations. 
  • Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner. 
  • Assist in monitoring network performance and ensuring optimal functionality. 
  • Collaborate with senior team members to implement network security protocols and procedures. 
  • Support users with network-related concerns and provide technical assistance when needed. 
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. 
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Qualifications:
  • 5 Years of Network Administrator experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years of additional experience would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree
  • Experience with Cisco Routers & Switches
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki Routers, Switches and Wireless APs 
  • Infoblox 
  • Citrix Loadbalancers 
  • Fortinet Firewalls 
  • Experience of working in an Azure Cloud Environment

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $130,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
