Escalate complex or sensitive onboarding matters and contribute to improving onboarding processes and the new-employee experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience and training, plus a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
Working knowledge of recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral processes, HR forms and software, and basic employment law.
Strong analytical, communication, and active listening skills for working with business units to solve staffing issues.
Expected pay range of $32.42 to $38.51 per hour; the role may require reporting to different work sites, including Irvine and Orange, with your own transportation.
