Student-Focused Financial Aid Support: 
  • Assist students in person, by phone, and via email with questions about aid eligibility, applications, disbursements, and refunds 
  • Guide students through documentation requirements and help schedule appointments with Financial Aid Officers

Key Responsibilities: 
Student Support & Communication 
  • Provide accurate information about financial aid eligibility and application processes 
  • Respond to inquiries and help students navigate aid documentation 
  • Schedule appointments and escalate complex issues to senior staff 
Administrative & Data Management 
  • Perform data entry, record maintenance, and report generation 
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies 
  • Support short- and long-term departmental goals 
Team Collaboration & Outreach 
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and training 
  • Represent CWI values through professional and courteous service 
  • Travel between campus locations and work occasional evening hours as needed 
What We’re Looking For: 
  • One year of professional experience working with students in a postsecondary setting, or three years in an office environment (preferred) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal, and written communication skills 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) 
Additional Instructions For Applicants: 
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
