Position Summary
The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development. This role supports strategic initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning across Saint Anthony Hospital. The specialist will collaborate with HR leadership and department managers to assess organizational needs and deliver impactful development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development Programs:
· Design and implement initiatives that support employee development, leadership training, and performance improvement.
· Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions aligned with hospital goals and values.
Assessment & Evaluation:
· Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify organizational development opportunities.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommend improvements.
Change Management & Culture:
· Support change management efforts by developing communication plans and training materials.
· Promote a positive organizational culture through engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Collaboration & Consultation:
· Consult with managers and HR partners to address team dynamics, performance challenges, and development needs.
· Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to deliver specialized training solutions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development, training, or related HR functions.
· Strong facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in learning management systems and development
