The Principal IT Analyst, Shared Services will report to the Senior Manager, IT Shared Services, and will participate in managing core support processes for an IT organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that IT services meet the needs of various organizations within IT and in Business Units outside of IT through promoting collaboration, efficiency and cost effectiveness through shared resources and standardized process.

You are an excellent communicator and problem solver, with experience prioritizing activities across multiple initiatives with multiple teams across the globe. Working with limited supervision, you will prioritize tasks and core responsibilities as well as special projects working with various members of the IT Leadership Team.

Preference for candidates based in Dublin, California, but may consider U.S. remote candidates.

In this role, you will…

Work with IT Leadership as well as Finance partners in the tracking, management and reporting on the IT Annual Budget
Support the management of licenses, contract renewals and related procurement activities for IT, including working with Privacy, IT Security and Legal.
Participate in enterprise wide forum to manage and optimize Software and SaaS soluitons
Leverage Zylo to manage SaaS and Software licenses including working with solution owners to configure integrations of systems and using Zylo reports to ensure the soluitons owners are aware of current license usage and making informed decsions on the license breakdowns for timely renewals
Participate in FTE & Contractor On-boarding including the development and maintenance of On-boarding processes and documentation.
Lead, Project Manage or participate in key initiatives sponsored or supported by IT Shared Services
Create and maintain documentation related to IT services, systems and processes.
Provide training and support to users on IT systems, applications and processes to enhance their productivity and proficiency.
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives working with IT and Business stakeholders.
Support the planning and logistics of IT Events and meetings
Creates presentation material as needed

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years professional experience as an IT Analyst or similar experience
using tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, Tableau Prep or similar
Prior experience using Zylo or other SaaS Management solution
English fluency and experience crafting presentations and communications using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience managing IT, Portfolio or Project budgets including managing, tracking and reporting on Capitalizable projects and activities

Total Rewards:

The base salary range for this position is: $111300 - $178100 USD

In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
