PRODUCT AND HUMAN-CENTERED LEADERSHIP:
  • Develops user journey maps that inform product decisions.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND BUSINESS ACUMEN:

  • Manages budget and resource allocation for products managed.
  • Aligns product roadmap with business goals.

PROBLEM SOLVING AND MORE:
  • Leads problem-solving sessions for complex issues.
  • Develops ‘right-size' processes to turn lessons into practices.
  • Leads data-driven decision making within the product team.
  • Ensures product documentation supports strategic goals.
  • Understands and applies UX best practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   
  • Five (5) years of experience in Product Management
Certificates and Licenses: Pragmatic Product Marketing Certified or equivalent a plus
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with full-stack teams and Agile environments
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytics
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • BS/BA in business, technology, computer science, or a relevant field.
  • MBA is a big plus

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. 

We anticipate the salary range to be $68,572.50 to $120,000.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
