Amplify is seeking a Professional Services Product Owner to drive the vision, implementation, and continuous improvement of our internal Professional Services scheduling systems and customer-facing Learning Management System.
This role partners closely with Business Systems Product Owners and collaborates with Engineering, QA, Professional Development, Tutoring, and Operations teams to represent the voice of the user. The Product Owner is responsible for defining, documenting, and clearly articulating requirements to delivery teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic vision and execution of the Professional Services Scheduling roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that expand customer self-service capabilities and implement intelligent automations that drive efficiency gains in scheduling at scale
Lead the strategic implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive Learning Management System to deliver scalable, dynamic adult learning experiences
Monitor, identify, and resolve production issues within 360 Learning, Salesforce Field Service, and other integrated Professional Services applications
Understand company strategy and ensure our technology stack aligns with current and long-term goals
Work cross-functionally to identify process improvements, data structure changes, and system enhancements impacting Professional Services systems
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and leadership to define and prioritize product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Navigate competing stakeholder interests using data-driven insights, diplomatically manage conflicting priorities, and facilitate consensus-building to align teams around shared goals
Lead product delivery within an Agile/Scrum team by continuously refining the backlog and balancing high-impact automation with smaller enhancements
Create clear IT requirements (user stories) and communicate effectively to support product development and delivers
Work closely with development and system administration teams to develop process and technical solutions, while ensuring product features are delivered on time and meeting high-quality standards with appropriate documentation and controls
Collaborate with delivery teams to route and execute work that aligns to specific products and the needs of assigned business areas through the appropriate delivery framework, utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies
Partner with business analysts to translate requirements into clearly defined epics and user stories aligned with Agile delivery timelines
Work with project teams to build and manage product documentation, organizational change management needs, training plans, and other supporting materials
Plan, facilitate, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all initial implementations, future improvements, and system upgrades
Drive visibility into system performance by establishing metrics and reporting on usage, engagement, content effectiveness, and project status
Measure and analyze product performance and organizational feedback to identify areas for process improvement and to inform future product development plans.
Act as the primary liaison with our Learning Management System vendor to understand their evolving product roadmap, provide strategic input and feedback on new features, and advocate for capabilities that align with our Professional Services goals.
Pilot and integrate AI productivity tools into workflows to evaluate acceptance criteria, identify missing technical details, and map cross-system dependencies prior to development
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
Proven experience in Agile development environments
Ability to work effectively across business units in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders (IT, business users, leadership, vendors, and offshore teams)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce Field Service
Experience in K-12 public or private education environments
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator)
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $134,600 - $154,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
