What position are we hiring for (and what will they do)?
We are looking for a Product Training
Partner to help develop and implement engaging learning experiences for product training. This will include a focus on creating and delivering our internal product training for new hires, ongoing training, and new feature rollout. In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for increasing technical product knowledge, and ensuring professional development of our team members. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to bring software training best practices to the table, preferably in a start-up or rapidly growing highly technical organization. As a successful Product Training Partner you will:Work cohesively with training team members to develop training materials and assessments for internal, ongoing product trainingDemonstrate knowledge of current learning theories and modern delivery solutions when facilitating classes for product trainingServe as a LMS administrator for product training. This responsibility includes creating and maintaining self-led learning learning paths, uploading and maintaining recorded trainings, publishing training schedules, and track instructor and self-led training attendance. Prepare effectively for all trainings by preparing  training materials, organizing the setup of training rooms, and monitoring/reporting the completion of trainingsWork closely with the product management team to become a CTM product expert, training on current and new features as well as integrationsBe responsible for the new hire onboarding process. This includes working with the hiring manager to identify training needs, developing new hire curriculum, and working alongside subject matter experts to deliver new hire training. Create learning paths for product training, as needed, to support employees that are promoted or moved into new roles within the company to ensure that they are set-up for success

What skills will help you to be effective on our team?
Minimum of 2-3 years experience explaining technical solutions to customers and coaching peersBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or Human Resources preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of instructional design strategies and multimodal learning modelsFamiliarity and comfort with a variety of software and presentation tools (Google slides, Zoom, etc.)Experience working with Learning Management Systems, such as PaycorConfidence and ability to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels and with various technical skill levelsStrong organizational and communication skills Ability to quickly analyze complex business requirements and learn technical software in order to develop training materials and create interactive learning experiencesTeam-oriented, with the ability to empathize with our customers and employees’ training needs and quickly build rapport
