POSITION SUMMARY The Professional Learning Enablement Manager (NISE) is responsible for enabling the success, scalability, and consistency of NISE professional learning programs through strong systems management, operational execution, and internal enablement strategy. This role blends professional learning enablement with hands-on ownership of NISE systems, records, and processes. The manager ensures that NISE coaches, contractors, internal teams, and customers are fully supported with the tools, content, data, and workflows needed to deliver high-quality professional learning experiences at scale. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational—able to design enablement frameworks while also managing the day-to-day systems, data, and cross-functional coordination that keep NISE programs running smoothly.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Professional Learning Enablement & ReadinessDesign, implement, and maintain enablement programs that support onboarding, certification, and ongoing readiness of NISE coaches, contractors, and internal partnersEstablish and maintain clear learning pathways, documentation, and expectations that ensure consistent delivery of NISE professional learning experiencesMaintain strategic oversight of the QA process for new NISE courses and updates to existing courses to ensure instructional quality and alignmentPartner with Professional Development leadership to align NISE enablement with broader professional learning standards and delivery modelsSystems, LMS, and Content EnablementOwn and manage all NISE internal systems that operate based on sales, enrollment, and program dataCreate sustainable implementations and rollouts of NISE eLearning content using external course-building software (Elucidat) and connect content to the LMS via API integrationsDetect, track, and coordinate resolution of system errors impacting NISE at any level of the businessPartner with leadership and outsourced development teams to create, test, and implement portal and product enhancements Data, Records, and Operational OversightMaintain all graduate, customer, and enrollment records for NISE certificate programsMaintain daily sales records and oversee department financial data, sales statistics, and product trend analysis to trigger order implementation and service deliveryProvide data analysis and reporting to NISE leadership, internal departments, and external partners to inform decision-making and improvementsCommunicate data-informed approaches and recommendations to leadership to drive buy-in and implementation of solutionsCustomer, Coach, and Internal Support EnablementServe as the primary point of contact for technical and product support for NISE customers, coaches, contractors, Account Executives, Customer Service, and prospective partnersProvide accurate and timely responses to inquiries received via the NISE support email and LMS feedback toolsDevelop and maintain NISE operational procedures, FAQs, and a shared knowledge base used by customer service teams for Tier 1 supportMaintain customer-facing support and enablement materials, including student guides, coach guides, and communication templatesCross-Functional Collaboration & Marketing SupportCoordinate with the Marketing team to support NISE initiatives and maintain up-to-date marketing collateral as directed by NISE leadershipMaintain communication with partners regarding NISE completer transcripts and transfer recordsOther duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university5+ years of experience supporting NISE or equivalent professional learning, certification, or training systemsExperience building, loading, and managing contentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to prepare both routine and analytical reportsPreferred: Experience in professional learning enablement, instructional systems, or adult learning environmentsExperience supporting LMS platforms, API integrations, and cross-functional enablement initiativesBackground working with coaches, contractors, or distributed instructional teamsWork Environment & Physical DemandsTypical office environment with moderate noise levels.Ability to sit, use hands, talk, and hear regularly; occasional walking and lifting up to 10 pounds.
