THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Professional Learning Program Manager at Brisk Teaching, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming education through cutting-edge technology. You’ll play a key role in ensuring educators successfully adopt and implement our AI-powered instructional support tool. You’ll design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that reflect best practices in adult learning, helping educators build confidence, competence, and excitement about using Brisk. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup where your work directly impacts educators, students, and long-term customer success. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams, helping translate our AI-powered vision into real-world impact in classrooms across the country.

YOU WILL:
  • Design & Deliver Training: Plan, create, and facilitate engaging professional development sessions — both in-person and virtually — for K-12 educators and instructional leaders.
  • Instructional Design: Develop training content, resources, and materials that reflect principles of adult learning and effective instructional design.
  • Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to tailor PD experiences to different school/district contexts and user needs.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay informed about best practices in edtech adoption, adult learning, and instructional coaching to inform your work.

YOU HAVE
:
  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering professional development for educators, with demonstrated success in both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience working directly with K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, or school leaders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Comfort with educational technology and enthusiasm for AI’s role in supporting instruction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with flexibility and initiative.

BONUS
:
