Rutgers University is hiring a Program Coordinator I (Marketing, Game Presentation & Fan Experience). This role manages marketing, fan experience, advertising, and promotional activities for assigned sports, leads Rutgers Football gameday projects, and oversees email marketing and social media support for Rutgers Athletics.
Highlights
Manage marketing, fan experience, digital/traditional advertising, and promotional efforts for assigned Rutgers sports.
Lead projects for Rutgers Football gamedays including in-stadium and Rutgers Boardwalk initiatives.
Plan and execute the email marketing calendar and support social media efforts.
Manage Sir Henry's Kid's Club.
Utilize Paciolan Ticketing System, email marketing/automation platforms, and CRM systems.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years experience in marketing, ticketing, or database management in intercollegiate athletics.
Preferred qualifications include business administration, marketing, or sport management degree and experience with Paciolan and marketing automations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic tools is a plus.
The position is full-time, nonexempt, with salary range $59,893 to $87,925.
Evening and weekend work hours are required, and the work is fully on-site.
