Job Summary 
The Institute of Research for Technology Development within the College of Engineering is seeking a candidate for the position of Program Coordinator II. This role entails providing managerial, logistical, and administrative oversight for the daily operations of events and activities.The primary focus will be on overseeing the Lean Systems Program while maintaining an understanding of scheduling processes, events, and activities. Additionally, the coordinator will establish and uphold training and education policies and procedures.

This position will take charge of all on-site event management, dealing with professional clientele. The Program Coordinator will also collaborate with UK Marketing on promotion strategies for IR4TD and True Lean to effectively reach prospective clients. Furthermore, this individual will work with UK Public Relations to utilize digital media for promoting our department.
