Provides guidance to staff and student assistants and evaluates performance. Prepares abstracts, research reports, funding proposals, operations and procedures written material and documentation. Conducts marketing assessment for assigned area. Creates and reviews reports of expenditures and activities. Oversees financial management of all program activities. Determines work priorities. Works on special projects as assigned. Attends professional development seminars. Performs related duties as assigned. Required Experience | Five (5) years of experience performing closely related duties, including program planning/coordination or experience related to bilingualism, education, community engagement, and other related fields of the program, orThree (3) years of the required experience with a Master’s degree, orSeven (7) years of the required experience with an Associate Degree or 60 hours of College Credit, orNine (9) years of the required experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
