Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is seeking a part-time, 12-month, Program Supervisor for our Academic Coaching and Counseling department.

Overview
The Program Supervisor will manage our Academic Coaching and Counseling staff in Chicago, IL non-public and private schools to ensure adherence to Catapult educational standards and compliance requirements.

This role is part-time, 20 hours a week, and will require weekly travel to school sites.

Responsibilities

Ability to learn new software systems quickly and independently
Coordinate efforts to obtain maximum utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and teacher time
Review student assessment data, monitor for assessment driven instruction as well as coach and model effective research-based instructional methods and strategies
Participate in planning sessions, gathering program information and review of materials and assessments.
Monitor Professional Development Goals
Train and supervise counseling/coaching staff. Supervision to include informal and formal observations.
Provide assistance in the development of action plans and strategies to meet the needs of all participating students.
Maintain record keeping and ensure that Company required plans and reports are maintained and updated properly.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
State certification in social work such as LPC, or PEL with school counseling endorsement.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory position.
Experience managing teams; experience working with school districts preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills to work with all levels of the organizations.
Practical user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and Teams.
