Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is seeking a part-time, 12-month, Program Supervisor for our Academic Coaching and Counseling department.

Overview
The Program Supervisor will manage our Academic Coaching and Counseling staff in Chicago, IL non-public and private schools to ensure adherence to Catapult educational standards and compliance requirements.
This role is part-time, 20 hours a week, and will require weekly travel to school sites.
Responsibilities
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly and independently
- Coordinate efforts to obtain maximum utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and teacher time
- Review student assessment data, monitor for assessment driven instruction as well as coach and model effective research-based instructional methods and strategies
- Participate in planning sessions, gathering program information and review of materials and assessments.
- Monitor Professional Development Goals
- Train and supervise counseling/coaching staff. Supervision to include informal and formal observations.
- Provide assistance in the development of action plans and strategies to meet the needs of all participating students.
- Maintain record keeping and ensure that Company required plans and reports are maintained and updated properly.

Qualifications
What we’ll need from you:
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- State certification in social work such as LPC, or PEL with school counseling endorsement.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory position.
- Experience managing teams; experience working with school districts preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills to work with all levels of the organizations.
- Practical user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and Teams.

Pay Rate
USD $1,300.00 - USD $1,450.00 /Bi-Wkly
Physical Requirements
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs. Most programs are in school settings.
