- Monitor project metrics, generate actionable insights, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, tools, and mindset shifts needed for high-performing digital teams.
- Adapt delivery approaches based on project complexity, team composition, and organizational maturity, ensuring flexibility between Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall practices.
- Ensure user-centric project outcomes, leveraging Agile digital techniques such as Design Thinking, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) delivery, and customer feedback loops.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP) strongly preferred. 10+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering digital projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Deep Agile expertise, with hands-on experience in leading Scrum teams, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery of digital initiatives and alignment with business goals.
- Proficient in Agile/Waterfall tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Miro.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital delivery lifecycles, encompassing mobile app development, responsive web design, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS solutions, enabling effective planning and execution of complex digital initiatives.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks and managing cross-team dependencies in a multi-squad setup.
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
