Job Summary  | The Institute for Biomedical Informatics is seeking a Programmer Systems analyst to join our newly established Innovation Core. The potential for AI and other technical innovations to broadly impact healthcare has never been higher. This means our ideal candidate must have a strong fundamental understanding of technology, ranging from embedded systems, to distributed computing, and high-level languages. Most importantly, candidates must have a desire to learn, develop, and apply new technologies, a high tolerance for task switching, and an internal drive to push the boundaries of accepted technical conventions.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Tests all code thoroughly and provides a user testing environment prior to publishing to production environment. Debugs code and troubleshoots errors as needed including database, server, and/or performance issues. Creates user documentation, external and/or internal to the application, and distributes to end users and technical support staff as appropriate. Assists end users with any technical questions or issues. 
This position will follow a hybrid schedule.
