The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by ensuring effective coordination, communication, and tracking across teams. This role focuses on maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and assisting with reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in dynamic environments, helping keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

 

What you'll do:

  • Assist project managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; follow up with team members on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation including dependency trackers, calendars, and decision logs.
  • Support cross-team communication by preparing status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for cross-team meetings (e.g., integration syncs, retrospectives).
  • Help improve processes and tools that enable project visibility and team collaboration.

What you bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent experience.

The pay range for this position is between $49,500-$60,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
