Who you are:

  • (Required) You have 2+ years of experience using Microsoft and/or Google suite
  • (Required) You have 1+ years customer service experience
  • You may know SQL and Mac operating systems, which is a plus!
  • You build strong interpersonal relationships both with co-workers and customers
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills; this role is customer-facing
  • You have good listening skills
  • You have excellent time management skills and thrive under quick deadlines
  • You maintain a high attention to detail

How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • Onboard new customers and contacts to fully utilize our services through teaching of tools, processes, and product features.
  • Communicate clearly and directly to our customers regarding planned projects and respond quickly to miscellaneous  questions. 
  • Build strong cooperative relationships with our customer base to help ensure retention.
  • Act as project lead for customer direct mail campaigns, including:
    • Translating customer directives to other internal teams, including graphic design and production for initial project setup
    • Execute implementation processes to deliver direct mail fundraising projects.
    • Apply analytical skills to adapt customer-provided materials to proprietary segmentation software.
    • Map customer-provided data to established internal software fields using basic coding scripts.
    • Ensuring that appropriate edits are made according to customer needs
    • Partnering with design and production teams to ensure projects are finished accurately and on-schedule
    • Processing approvals of projects to move them into print production
  • Complete organizational tasks to ensure we can work efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and finance teams to facilitate contract renewals, invoicing for postage and other items; this is not a sales position.
