Posting Summary
Serve as Customer Service Rep for the Research Center for Children, Youth, and Families (“RCCYF”), publisher of the gold standard of social and behavioral assessment tools known as the Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment (ASEBA®, www.aseba.org). Contribute substantively to the RCCYF’s nonprofit mission by providing excellent customer service to users of ASEBA® products, including mental health care providers, hospital systems, K-12 schools, and researchers. As a member of a small, cross-functional customer service team, process customer orders placed via the online store for ASEBA® forms, manuals, software, and web applications. Review purchase orders received via e-mail and USPS and prepare invoices via the sales/receivable system. Fulfill orders of electronic delivery products and fulfill and prepare orders of printed products for domestic and international shipping. Field questions and requests from customers and authorized distributors and provide responsive, thorough, and timely replies by e-mail and phone. Monitor inventory levels of printed products and shipping supplies. Generate A/R aging reports and reach out to past due accounts on a regular basis regarding payment status. Pay bills and prepare bank deposits, in a backup capacity.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate degree and one to three years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired. Heightened attention to detail and readiness to become knowledgeable about ASEBA® offerings. Effective written and verbal communication skills required. Demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Desirable Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in psychology.Experience with QuickBooks and e-commerce.
Anticipated Pay Range | $22.50 - $26/hour

Special Conditions | Contingent on continued funding, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Bargaining unit position, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
