Regional Trainer to the organization. This position will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees. This role ensures consistent onboarding, skill development, and performance improvement for employees, aligning with company standards and business objectives.

Compensation: $115,000-135,000 base salary with bonus potential!Primary Job Duties:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (in-person and virtual) to new hires and current employeesConduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and areas for improvement within the regionCustomize training materials to reflect regional-specific challenges, culture or compliance requirementsPartner with regional leadership and HR to ensure training support strategic goalsMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metricsMaintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progressStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programsSupport the rollout of new systems, policies, and procedures by providing appropriate trainingTravel regularly within the region to provide on-site training and support (may be up tp 75% travel)
Preferred Experience:At least 2 years of experience in training required, trade experience highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design abilityThorough understanding of training processAbility to moderate large groupsExtremely organized and detail-orientedProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during training sessions, meetings, or travelFrequent use of computers, phones, and presentation equipmentOccasional lifting or moving of training materials or equipment (up tp 25lbs)Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time, which may include air travel, driving long distances, and carrying luggage or presentation materialsRegular interaction with diverse teams and trainees, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills in dynamic or fast-paced environmentsMust be adaptable to different corporate cultures and comfortable facilitating training in both in-person and virtual formats.
Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
