About This Opportunity:

As a Renewal Manager  you’ll play a key role in providing overall support for the company via best practices for contract administration, and providing counsel on contractual and business issues, to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements during the Renewal process. You will work closely with the Account Management team in assisting with arranging end to end management of the negotiation process of client contracts and be a key player in the scenario modeling and contract execution activities. You will also be responsible for the day to day customer communication, pricing and business requests from and to customers. This is an ideal opportunity for a detailed-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills to learn the business, and to work on accounts and deals that contribute to one of our core initiatives; retention.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct forensic reviews of client contracts to assess and minimize business risks, ensure alignment and consistency to Docebo’s standards, procedures and service provisions for driving revenue, and proactively negotiate client requests. 
  • Manage renewal communications as directed in the Docebo Renewal Workflow Process
  • Facilitate the preparation, and execution of renewal contractual agreements
  • Own the process for pushing specific segment renewals through the workflows within Salesforce. 
  • Liaise between Account Management, Customer Solutions, Finance, Legal and Leadership to holistically handle all elements of the renewal contractual documentation.
  • Participate and provide deal financial modeling and proposal support to existing customers and work closely with the Account Management team
  • Provide deal structure guidance and recommendations to customers that balance a data-driven approach with creative and out of the box thinking
  • Maintains records of all open renewal opportunities and reinforces processes to improve overall contract administration efficiencies
  • Assist with renewal forecasting and tracking along with the Account Management team

Requirements 

  • Previous experience within renewals, customer experience or account management
  • Experience with public sector renewals is a big plus
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity associated with a fast-moving business and international environment. 
  • Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment and an ability to multitask while understanding priorities. 
  • Familiarity with CRMs, Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience within a SaaS environment
