We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate to perform and optimize complex lab-based assays with minimal supervision. You will make independent decisions and apply your technical expertise to support our pioneering research in bacterial engineering, anti-microbial assays, and tumor studies. Responsibilities include preparing laboratory reagents, meticulously documenting results, storing samples under well-documented conditions, participating in lab meetings, presenting data, assisting with routine lab maintenance tasks, conducting regular data analysis, and utilizing general laboratory equipment daily.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Animal Science, or related field
- 1 year of experience in bacterial engineering
Skills Needed:
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong word processing and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to receive and take direction effectively
- Punctuality and reliability in attending meetings
