Preferred knowledge: VMware, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, SQL Server, Group Policy, backup and disaster recovery tools.
Qualifications include demonstrated IT support experience, especially with Active Directory administration and end-user support in structured organizations.
Works within the Sponsored Programs Administration department of the ODU Research Foundation, a separate 501(c)(3) entity.
The final candidate must complete a criminal background check.
