| Job Summary/Basic Function | Weber State University’s Division of Online and Continuing Education (DOCE) is excited to offer an opportunity for a Program Manager at the Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (RMCOEH) located in Salt Lake City. Under the guidance of the RMCOEH Continuing Education Director, this role is pivotal in overseeing the suite of established programs at RMCOEH. Your primary responsibility will be the maintenance and enhancement of these programs, focusing on operational analysis to drive their growth and success. You will constantly communicate with Program Consultants, especially during the crucial program launch and transition phases. Collaborating effectively with other Program Managers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient program distribution and sharing responsibilities. Your tasks include:
Additionally, you will streamline participant enrollment processes, lead promotional activities for increased visibility, evaluate program effectiveness with a data-driven approach, and innovate in customer service to enhance participant satisfaction. Collaborating seamlessly with operational teams, you’ll ensure the smooth daily management of RMCOEH programs and take on special projects as directed. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, financial acumen, marketing expertise, and a commitment to exceptional customer service and collaborative teamwork. |
