Job Summary/Basic Function
Weber State University’s Division of Online and Continuing Education (DOCE) is excited to offer an opportunity for a Program Manager at the Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (RMCOEH) located in Salt Lake City. Under the guidance of the RMCOEH Continuing Education Director, this role is pivotal in overseeing the suite of established programs at RMCOEH. Your primary responsibility will be the maintenance and enhancement of these programs, focusing on operational analysis to drive their growth and success. You will constantly communicate with Program Consultants, especially during the crucial program launch and transition phases. Collaborating effectively with other Program Managers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient program distribution and sharing responsibilities. Your tasks include:
  • Oversee and manage the suite of RMCOEH programs
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of program performance
  • Develop and manage financial frameworks and budgets
  • Formulate and execute action plans to meet ongoing program objectives and marketing outreach Collaborate closely with Program Consultants, particularly during program launch and transition phases
  • Coordinate with other Program Managers to ensure efficient program distribution and shared responsibilities
  • Partner with DOCE Marketing to promote and publicize programs
  • Work with internal DOCE operations teams to support program success Streamline participant enrollment processes
  • Lead promotional initiatives to increase program visibility and engagement
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using a data-driven approach
  • Enhance participant satisfaction through innovative customer service strategies Ensure smooth day-to-day program operations
  • Support special projects as assigned Working with internal DOCE operation teams for program success.
Additionally, you will streamline participant enrollment processes, lead promotional activities for increased visibility, evaluate program effectiveness with a data-driven approach, and innovate in customer service to enhance participant satisfaction. Collaborating seamlessly with operational teams, you’ll ensure the smooth daily management of RMCOEH programs and take on special projects as directed. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, financial acumen, marketing expertise, and a commitment to exceptional customer service and collaborative teamwork.
Required Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years related experience.
  • Must possess a current Utah Driver’s License.
