Department Overview: 
 | About TwigsTwigs is a successful, independently owned women's boutique, with locations in Madison & Brookfield. We curate an edited collection of the best denim, apparel, handbags and jewelry out there, calibrated for our everyday lives. The brands you love, you'll find at Twigs. Twigs offers a unique experience in the retail landscape. As a part-time sales associate you will gain first hand knowledge of product management/life cycles, visual merchandising, store planning, and styling.

Anticipated Hours Per Week 
 | 10 to 20

Schedule: 
 | We offer great schedule felxibility based on employee availability. Additional considerations such as business needs will be made. Some evenings & weekends are required. 

Salary/Wage Range: 
 | Hourly $14.00 to $15.00

Knowing the product, fit, brand history, and how to balance trends with classic pieces enhances customer experience and sales. Know designer’s or product’s back story and be prepared to discuss with customers to demonstrate the value of each piece.Inspire customers through your personal styling for each shift. We encourage a balance of trends & individual style while still reflecting the Twigs brand.Contribute to a collaborative & productive team oriented environment. Supporting teammates while taking initiative to tackle daily tasks crucial to the business.Bring a positive & encouraging attitude to each shift.Be self-motivated and take initiative to be productive during low traffic.Maintain a visually enticing store that is neat, clean, & organized for customers at all times.All staff members enjoy an employee discount and monthly sales bonus potential based on a shared, team goal.
