Sales Development Representative
 
This position is hybrid to our Wayne, PA office.
 
Your Role on the Team: 
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Frontline Education, you’ll be the first point of connection between prospective K–12 school districts and our solutions. Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying challenges faced by district administrators and sharing how Frontline helps solve them. SDRs sit within our Marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, creating a unique opportunity to learn and influence the full revenue journey.
 
You can expect to:
  • Partner with K-12 district leaders and decision makers over the phone and email to spark conversations and influence the start of their journey.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Frontline Education’s solutions and the challenges school administrators face in today’s education landscape.
  • Qualify inbound leads while proactively researching and generating new opportunities.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings for Education Solution Executives (ESEs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), providing them with detailed prospect insights.
  • Nurture leads through thoughtful, value-driven follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress in our CRM, ensuring data integrity and visibility for the broader team.
  • Consistently hit activity and pipeline creation targets while contributing ideas for improving outreach and engagement strategies.

What you bring to the role: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles involving outbound prospecting or cold calling.
  • Tech industry experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills—confident on the phone, clear in writing, and comfortable tailoring messages to different audiences.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the initiative to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and web-based sales tools.

The base salary for this sales position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for commission, with total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000 - $80,000.00 aligned to performance expectations.
