Sales Director, Nursing Education
Remote – Full-Time | Base + Commission

Blueprint Test Prep is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Sales Director to lead growth within the Nursing education market. As a strategic sales leader and individual contributor, you’ll drive adoption of our innovative, SaaS-based learning solutions by expanding relationships and building new partnerships with undergraduate and graduate nursing programs nationwide. This is a high-impact role ideal for a top-performing sales professional who understands the nursing education landscape. Current or former nurses, nursing educators, or academic sales professionals with experience in client partnerships or institutional sales are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close and renewal—with a focus on value-based, long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow adoption of Blueprint and Rosh Review solutions across nursing curriculum, board prep (NCLEX and NP exams), and assessments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to nursing faculty, program directors, deans, and academic leaders, supporting their goals for curriculum improvement and student success.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new institutional opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, and conference engagement.
  • Strengthen and manage relationships with existing nursing program partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and consultative presentations to key decision-makers via Zoom and in-person when needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Content, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity data in Salesforce and report regularly on territory performance.
  • Stay current on nursing education trends, accreditation standards, and licensing exam requirements to guide strategy.
  • Represent Blueprint at nursing education conferences, webinars, and industry events to elevate our visibility in the space.

Who You Are
  • 4+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, ideally in higher education, healthcare, or edtech.
  • Deep familiarity with the nursing education space, including pre-licensure (NCLEX) and advanced practice (NP) programs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented, relationship-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with web-based sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and coachability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Bonus Qualifications
  • Former or practicing RN, NP, or nursing educator with a passion for improving healthcare education.
  • Experience selling to nursing schools or within the academic medical space.
  • Familiarity with NCLEX/NP board prep, curriculum planning, and accreditation standards.
