Job Description
Are you ready to build the next generation of Play?
The Sales Operations Data & Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of sales operations and data management at LEGO Education US. This role combines data analysis, system oversight, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration to support the US Sales Organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their technological expertise with SAP ERP and CRM systems to maintain data accuracy, streamline sales operations processes, and provide exceptional user support. 

 Core Responsibilities: 

Data Integrity Management & Process Management (40%) 
  • Regularly review & maintain data integration for accuracy in territory assignments and ensure proper data flow into the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain customized dashboards to identify and correct data misalignments and inconsistencies. 
  • Daily monitoring of LEGO Education’s web-sourced processes through dashboards to ensure proper alignments with SAP and CRM Systems. 

Collaboration and Guidance (20%) 
  • Leverage LEGO Education’s SAP ERP system to identify and resolve data issues, assist teams with customer and item master data management and pricing conditions.
  • Work closely with financial operations colleagues to align account/territory ownership with reporting expectations, addressing customer hierarchy master data misalignments affecting business warehouse reporting.
  • Provide ongoing ad-hoc support to various LEGO Education US teams, including Sales Enablement, Order Management, Sales Account Managers, and US Marketing. 
  • Ensure effective communication and support, fostering a collaborative environment.

User Support and Experience (20%) 
  • Provide comprehensive support for users of the LEGO Education’s CRM platform, ensuring smooth maintenance of accounts, leads, contacts, orders, campaigns, emails, opportunities, and quotes.  
  • Own for mass reconciliation of all account ownership changes from the annual territory account change process 

Sales Operations Support (20%) 
  • Assist in additional sales operations processes as needed, collaborating with relevant teams to streamline processes, recommend changes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.   
  • This could include items like ad hoc vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and reconciling sales data. 

Do you have what it takes? 
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. 
  • Strong understanding of data integrity principles and best practices for data management. 
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and misalignments. 
  • Strong understanding of data integrity principles and best practices for data management. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a willingness to learn new systems and processes, including optimization through AI.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $90,095.00 - $135,143.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
